Welcome to the Green Crescent Of Simi Valley aka Islamic Society Of Simi Valley (ISSV). All Muslims are invited to attend five daily prayers. ISSV is committed to provide quality services to all members of our community. In return we ask our members active participation and contribution in this time of growth and progress.
Islamic Society Of Simi Valley is a non-profit, tax exempt (501c) organization. We rely on contributions from the community members to support the center.

Night at the Masjid

Ramadan Mubarak
- Insha’Allah the first day of Ramadan will be Thursday, March 23rd, 2023 and the first Taraweeh prayers will be on Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023 after Isha prayer which is at 8:45 pm. Alhamdulillah, ISSV will have Hafiz Abdulrahman Kassim and Hafiz Anas Burhan from Minnesota leading the Taraweeh prayers during this month.
- As always ISSV will be arranging Community sponsored iftars that will take place on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings during Ramadan – please join us with your families.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors by minimizing noise when entering and leaving the masjid.
- Additional Ramadan programming will be announced in upcoming emails.
